Dear Church Family,
From the very beginning, Generation Church has been about one thing: inspiring every generation to follow Jesus! Since Easter Sunday in 2008, we’ve seen God move in incredible ways – lives changed, familias restored, children growing in faith, and people discovering the hope found only in Christ.
Now, we find ourselves standing at another defining moment in our church’s story. We’ve outgrown our space. Our auditorium is full, our kids’ classrooms are overflowing, and our parking lot can’t keep up.
These are not problems to be discouraged by – they are signs of God’s blessing and growth!
We believe God is calling us to take a bold step of faith into what’s NEXT. Over the next two years, our goal is to raise $2.5 million to either expand our current facility or position ourselves for a
new home that will allow us to reach more people than ever before. This is not just about bricks and mortar, seats and spaces – it’s about people. Every seat represents a story. Every classroom represents a child learning who Jesus is. Every parking space represents a family coming to encounter God’s presence.
This is our opportunity to build not just what’s NEXT for ourselves, but for those who are not here yet. We are sowing into eternity. Together, we can create space for countless more lives to be transformad by the Gospel.

GC Historical Overview
Generation Church was launched on
Easter Sunday with 105 people.
Leased and renovated the
Maplewood facility.
Expanded GC Kids build out.
Expanded into a New Auditorium.
Launched RISE campaign and
purchased our
current facility.
Completed RISE campaign.
Grand opening of our new Center St facility.
Launched the RUN campaign to
purchase the North Lot. Increased
Outreach ministries.
Launched Freedom Groups and
Celebrate Recovery. Continued to see
rapid attendance growth after COVID.
Completed the East Parking Lot.
Launched the REACH campaign for
the North Parking Lot project.
Restarted global missions after COVID. Kids Around the
World feeding program in the Dominican Republic.
Launching the NEXT Campaign for our next growth step.
Where We Are Today
$165,000 INITIAL SANCTUARY (2010)
$45,000 GC KIDS BUILDOUT (2012)
$450,000 NEW SANCTUARY (2014)
$30,000 GC KIDS RENOVATION (2015)
The center st. project original cost $4.1 mil plus we paid
$200k cash for the east lot and $815k for the north lot.
$5.1 mil total project cost – of which is all now appraised at $7.5 mil in value with $3.7 million mortgage balance.
Needs of Our Church
89.1% Of Palm Beach County is unchurched, and has yet to be reached.
So many people that we can reach for Jesus are right here in our own communities. But we are running out of space to reach people for Jesus. Parking lots are at capacity, Kids, foyer and auditorium space are peaking at capacity.
Needs of Our Church
Very limited opportunities for expansion so we need to be ready when opportunities arise.
The real estate markets of South Florida move so fast that we need to have our NEXT project finances ready to go now so that when the NEXT opportunity presents itself we are in a position to move on it.
Vision for What God Has Next
Thursday Food Distribution
Each month we partner with Restoration Bridge to distribute approximately 15,000 lbs of food to 200+ families living in Jupiter FL.
This is not about buildings – it’s about people. Every parking spot is a family.
Every seat is a story.
Every classroom is a child encountering Jesus.
I believe we are called to reach as many people for Christ as we can in our generation. We have maxed out our current facility and need more space to meet the needs of our church family and community.
Phase 1 – Two Options
$2.5 million raised over 24 months would give us enough capital to grow in one of two directions:
Option A
We can sell our Center Street location and build a new larger campus that would allow us to better serve our existing families and expand our kids and youth ministries.
Option B
We can build an addition onto the current facility and relocate the church offices to a new office building allowing us to reach more families for Christ.
Phase 2
Begin launching campuses starting with a north campus location.

We are seeing students that started out in the GC nursery, graduate high school and enroll in Bible College.
